The AUNDE Group is bringing the future of work closer: The "NWOW ACADEMY" is here!
We at the AUNDE Group are proud to continue our digitalization strategy with the introduction of the NWOW ACADEMY. This modern learning platform enables all employees to gain access to knowledge about Microsoft365 and thus prepare themselves for the modern working world.
NWOW stands for "New Way of Work" and is the heart of a project that has been running for two years and is dedicated to modern working. Our focus is on collaboration, automation and the use of modern infrastructures and Microsoft365 services such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and the Microsoft Power environment.
The NWOW ACADEMY offers a variety of learning scenarios, videos and other formats to convey knowledge to employees in an easy-to-understand and needs-based manner. "The platform is characterized by its 24/7 availability, which enables employees to learn anytime, anywhere. This is how we shape the future of the modern workplace together," Christian Prause, CFO AUNDE Group.
Oliver Große-Büning, Modern Workplace Manager at AUNDE, explains: "The NWOW ACADEMY stands for more than just 'knowledge'. Rather, it is the bridge to creative development in the world of the modern workplace and Microsoft 365."

The launch of the NWOW ACADEMY was carried out in recent days by the Modern Workplace Team at the AUNDE Group locations as part of a roadshow. The new platform was presented to employees, their questions were answered and smaller activities such as competitions were carried out.
With the introduction of the NWOW ACADEMY, the AUNDE Group is consistently continuing its chosen path towards digitalization and modern workplaces, true to the new motto: "NWOW - Learn Now!"
