• CSO Peter Bolten and CFO Christian Prause become Managing Directors

In the future, the shareholder of the family-owned enterprise and at the same time CSO of the group Peter Bolten, as well as the long-standing CFO Christian Prause will also legally represent the AUNDE Group externally as managing directors.

This step will enable them to bring the group companies together with their respective managements even more efficiently in the future, also regarding digitisation and uniform standards.
